Board Roles
The board approved the following roles for the coming year:
- Eva Thaddeus: President
- Alfred Souza: Vice President
- Susan Krim: Treasurer
- Rachel Dretzin: Secretary
- Miri Navasky: Co-Secretary & Co-Treasurer.
Miri will work with Annie/Susan to arrange for access to the bank account.
Farmhouse
After discussion, Rachel moved to increase Debbie’s rent by 3%, starting in September 2026. All were in favor and the motion passed unanimously. Eva volunteered to communicate the increase to Debbie.
Susan moved to spend up to $200 on chairs for the pond if we need them. All were in favor and the motion passed unanimously.
Pond
Eva moved to approve Bruno’s request for algae removal equipment. All were in favor and the motion passed unanimously.
Orchard
Eva moved to spend up to $300 on fruit trees for the orchard this year. All were in favor and the motion passed unanimously.
Barn
ACTION: Eva will talk to Schemerhorn about the animal poop in the barn, and see if they have suggestions.
